Must have 3+ years experience finishing concrete and be proficient in finishing flatwork, curb, walls, etc.  MC Green is willing to train you to become a concrete finisher but you will not start at a finishers wage.

Must have 3+ years of experience working on a pipe crew.  MC Green will help teach you the skills you need, but basic pipe laying experience is required.  A pipe layer at MC Green must be hard working, dependable, and safety oriented.

No experience is required, all we ask is for you to be dependable and hard working.

We are seeking dependable drivers with a positive can do attitude.  A driver at MC Green must be able to be at work on time everyday and have a focus on safety.  We run both standard 10-wheelers and side dumps.  Drivers will be asked to assist in operating equipment and other duties when necessary.

M.C Green & Sons, Inc. is looking for a experienced Foeman/Operator that can operate heavy equipment such as but not limited to: Motor Grader, Excavators & Dozers, Front end Loaders, Track Hoes, Back Hoes. GPS experience a plus.

• Experienced in working around existing utilities
• Shape and Blade sub grades
• Load and unload equipment
• Hand dig on the side of marked utilities for location before trenches are dug by machinery
• Backfills trenches and compacts the material
• Handles traffic control
• Completes paperwork daily, in a neat and legible fashion
• Maintains a checklist on equipment, materials used, man hours, etc.
• Communicates directly with management to go over any safety needs, work needs, and individual needs
• Perform Laborer work as required
• Actively participate in crew and safety meetings
• Must have a valid drivers license
